Founder and Director

Brendan boasts more than two decades of diverse banking, finance and funds management experience, together with a MBA from James Cook University.

Brendan is deeply passionate about the pivotal role finance plays in fostering growth and wealth creation. He takes pride in aligning with the right finance partners, recognising debt as a crucial part of the capital structure. Outside the financial realm, Brendan finds fulfilment in family time, supporting his kids from the sidelines, and maintaining a balanced lifestyle through gym activities and cycling.

  • Throughout his career, Brendan has applied his skills across various sectors. In funds management, he played a pivotal role in managing investor relations and driving equity-raising capabilities for strategic investments in commercial real estate, overseeing assets exceeding $1 billion.

  • During his tenure in property finance, Brendan customised financial solutions for Queensland's key property investors and developers, covering diverse asset classes including industrial, retail, office, commercial, large format, residential development, healthcare and specialised assets.

  • In healthcare finance, Brendan has spent the last seven years crafting tailored financial solutions for medical professionals, family offices, entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals and private equity sponsors. His expertise ranged from working with individuals and families to grow and create wealth, to collaborating with businesses seeking growth through acquisition and greenfield expansion.

  • Simply put we are unbiased, we save you time by managing the competitive process between lenders and we ensure the best prospect of securing the capital you need. We have great respect for the relationships clients hold with their lenders, but what happens if you have a material project you require capital for and they say no? By engaging Precision Capital, we can work with your existing lender and get a feel for their appetite early. If any doubt, from a risk management perspective it would be prudent to run a process with 2 or more lenders to ensure a greater chance of success. In our opinion, the opportunity cost of not using a broker is far too high.
